Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
